Definitely not in America - That blue turn sign is not a standard American street-sign.

On the other hand, it reminds me quite a bit of some of the parking at Rochester University...

acherlly, cheating vehicles are vapourised on the spot by the nasty ray gun held in the other hand of the photographer. look -- one just bit it, you can see a little of its dust left before it gets blown around the neighbourhood.

what i want to know is why the two cars in the background are headed directly toward each other. or.... if they happen to be parked cars, why in the world one of them is parked on the wrong side of the road. i know, they failed the iq test, got fed up, backed out onto the street, parked (on the wrong side, of course), and just walked around.
